Fantastic customer service, and very fast delivery. We recently ordered a large printed banner, it arrived in 2 business days, to spec and right on budget!

Would not recommend. Quick to take the cash but very poor customer care. I left 4 messages without a response. Eventually answered my call and was told he would call back. He did not.Despite his assurance, the product was not delivered by the time requested.He let me down completely.Update.... Now almost a week overdue and I have not had one follow up call or apology.0 out of 10 for customer service.
